Sasha Hardman

Sasha is a Trustee at CoachBright.

She is the Global HR Director at Allen & Overy, leading the HR function across more than 40 offices. She is responsible for the leadership of the firm’s people strategy and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

She began her career as a corporate tax adviser at PwC before moving into HR and has more than 20 years experience in a number of professional services firm.

Sasha has a wide range of experience in leadership development, talent management, merger integration and business and cultural change.
