Lesley is our Development Lead. She is responsible for all things related to fundraising and diversifying our income streams.

Lesley has dedicated her career to working with children and young people in under-resourced communities, including asylum seekers, families stigmatised by illness and those living in some of the UK’s most deprived areas. She is a passionate writer and the author of two successful books (pen name L.A. Naylor). She enjoys writing creative, transparent proposals to increase the resources and support available to cost-effective charities that are providing essential services. She will always go the extra mile to ensure donor satisfaction.

Outside of work, Lesley enjoys yoga, hiking, gardening and martial arts!
