Ellie Downing

Ellie is our Volunteers and Partnerships Manager. She is responsible for overseeing all volunteer recruitment, onboarding and engagement. Prior to this, she worked as a Programme Officer, supporting programme delivery at a number of our partner schools in the West Midlands.

Before joining CoachBright, Ellie completed a Psychology degree at the University of Warwick, volunteering in schools alongside her studies. It was here that she developed her passion for social mobility, wanting to work for an organisation that has a direct impact on the disadvantage gap that is currently present within our education system.

Outside of CoachBright, Ellie loves to travel. You'll always find her on a train ready to explore a new city!
