Amira Ismail
Amira is Head of West Midlands at CoachBright.
She is a graduate from the University of Birmingham with a BA in History and an MA in International Relations. Amira is passionate about youth engagement and empowerment and works to do this by consulting with funders like the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation and volunteering with Chatham House to give young people access to key policy-makers in international affairs.
Amira also does this through her capacity as the Chair of the Don’t Settle board with Beatfreeks, a project that empowers young people of colour from Birmingham and the Black Country to change the voice of heritage through the arts, research, and governance.
Amira is committed to creating safe spaces for young people to celebrate their lived experiences.
