What is Lifecycle?

At CoachBright our vision is a world in which every young person’s destination is based on their choice, ambitions and talents, rather than their background. Our Lifecycle Coaching programmes aim to make this a reality for young professionals from low income backgrounds in world of work.

Why do we need it?

Social mobility is at crisis point in the UK and employers have a huge role to play. It’s about more than just ensuring fair access, it is also about progression. Not just supporting young people to get into ‘top’ professions, but to progress and flourish when they get there.

Lifecycle is our programme to address this.

On average, students achieved a 5.1% increase in their belief and ability to reach their goals and succeed at university.

On average, student’s students' adjustment to life at university, academically, socially and emotionally, increased by 3.5%.

On average, students’ sense sense of connectedness to their university and the level of support they feel is available to them increased by 2.8%.
